Growth:

Squeezed every ounce out of today, going to bed with a short blog and am 100% okay with that. Last night’s blog went deep, today’s life went deep.

Appreciation:

So thankful for strong relationships built over many years. Here’s to putting in the difficult work needed to give them strength.

Presence:

Another blog, another post about being outside. So many eagles by the river, so many birds migrating through. Total chill and presence in the splendor of nature.
