Sometimes a guy just has to dive in.  Whether it be work, home, friends, family or a project, there are just some of those times when you have to jump in, get your hands dirty, push, and get done what needs to be done.

The funny thing is that when it’s time for me to do that I sometimes get a little wiggly and don’t want to.  I can make up a ton of reasons why I don’t have to or excuses not to.  It’s crazy, but once I’m in it’s usually a lot of fun and very enjoyable.  The work itself may be difficult, but it’s usually very rewarding.  I end up with new insights and more ideas as a result.
