Appreciation:
Spending an evening at home, largely relaxing without plans due to the track meet being canceled for weather. Eating an early supper, chilling on the couch, playing a board game as a family, going through old family photos, and relaxing. Exactly what the doctor ordered!
Presence:
I’m actually going to go back to last night, reading in bed. Allowing my brain to slow down, to process what I’m reading, to calm the storm in my mind. Peace.
