Growth:

When you start to hit resistance, you’ve reached the critical mass and need to push harder. Resistance is only the start of the journey, the realization that you’re likely on the right track.

Appreciation:

A very solid day in so many ways. Positive progress at work. Moving forward significantly on several projects. Utilization of new resources to increase productivity. Time spent with family, laughing, joking, relaxing. Forward momentum on a project much bigger than myself, working to become a part of the solution rather. Positive focus, seeing opportunities seemingly in all directions.

Presence:

When you get lost in a flow state while working on four projects back to back to back to back…. Priceless!
