Remember to breathe. Whether it is the stress of what needs to be done, unexpected changes, a missed goal, or any other stressor, remember to breathe first. All is well. Breathe, choose stillness, and then react calmly.
Appreciation:
Several people have recommended the book Can’t Hurt Me by David Goggins and it finally came up in my queue. Wow! I’m only a few chapters in and my mind is completely blown by what he has overcome – and I’ve just started. Talk about a profound shock to the system to see just how different the life experiences of others can be.
Presence:
LOL – final prep for vacation always seems more intense than I expect it to be! Talk about getting into a state of flow trying to get everything done and ready!
